USA DELIVERY INFO
All orders to USA Take approx. 5-6 working days and are FREE.
We use DHL
There is no Next Day Delivery option.
Deliveries are made Mon-Fri 8am to 7pm, there is no Saturday service available.
Please order by Tuesday to ensure delivery by Friday.
We use a signed-for delivery service. Someone will need to be in to accept your delivery. If there is no-one in to sign for the delivery, a card will be left where you can arrange re-delivery or to collect from the depot.
To minimise delays we recommend using your work address as your delivery address.
Ladyhabits ship your goods inclusive of your country's ingoing customs charges.
Please do not refuse any delivery. Refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return costs in the case of refused deliveries.

Delivery to Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg and the UK generally takes 1 to 2 business days. For France, Denmark, Italy and Sweden this is between 3 to 4 days.

• Give your exchange by using info@ladyhabits.com (mention your full name, original order number, to receive new item, any size and color);
• exchange in original and undamaged / unworn condition.
• include your name and address on the package.
Have you placed an order with original discount? Then this discount deducted from your new spending amount for an exchange.
Returns
To participate you return pending the following conditions are important:
• Returns within 14 working days;
• return register via www.ladyhabits.com (customer service / return) or via email info@ladyhabits.com (mention your full name, order number and reason for return);
• We provide no warranty (rhinestone) stones;
• the shipping costs for returning his own account;
• return in original and undamaged / unworn condition (no strong perfume or cigarette smell)
• include your name and address on the package.
Upon receipt of your application via customer / returns or via email info@ladyhabits.com of the return you will receive a confirmation. This will be done within one working day. Once we receive your purchase in good order (according to the above conditions) return we will refund your purchase price. This will be done within 2 working days. If your order does not meet the requirements and you will want to return, you will receive a replacement item initially. If not in stock, you will receive from us your money back.
Returns that do not meet the above conditions are unfortunately not taken into consideration or the return amount is adjusted.
